CBD oil has definitely gained popularity in recent years, and for good reason. CBD, an active ingredient in the hemp plant, has many benefits. More and more people have discovered the advantages of CBD and are taking it as a daily dietary supplement.
Taking CBD in oil is by far the most popular method. If you take CBD in oil, the active ingredients are quickly and optimally absorbed through the mucous membranes under the tongue (sublingual administration). Furthermore, with oil, you can dose very precisely, literally drop by drop. Ideal!
A natural product
The hemp plants used by Wedihemp are grown sustainably and organically by local farmers. They are incredibly proud of this beautiful crop that nature has to offer us; a crop packed with vital nutrients to restore our bodies to balance.
During the production process, only water is added to preserve the original qualities. Therefore, no chemicals such as pesticides, solvents, or heavy metals are used throughout the entire production process. Wedihemp products are manufactured to the highest standards of every nature lover.
CBD oil dosage
Start by taking 2 drops twice a day. Shake the bottle before use and place drops of CBD oil under your tongue. If you find it difficult to measure, do this in front of a mirror. Wait at least 30-60 seconds before swallowing. Rinse your mouth with water if necessary.
Stay at this starting dosage for at least a week. If you feel comfortable with this dosage, maintain it. If you think you can achieve greater results, you can gradually increase the dosage by 1 drop per dose. Maintain this new dosage for another 3 days before increasing it again, until you achieve the desired result. CBD overdose is unlikely, even with a high dose (1500 mg) or with chronic use.
Note: CBD takes at least 10-14 days to develop in the body. Therefore, it may take longer to achieve results. We recommend using CBD daily for at least a month to give it a serious chance of success. Consistent daily intake is essential.
Storage advice
CBD products, including CBD oil, should be stored in a dark place. This is primarily because CBD should not be exposed to sunlight for extended periods. Store the CBD product in a kitchen or bathroom cupboard for daily use, for example. If you want to store the product longer, store it in a cool place, such as a cellar or refrigerator. It’s recommended to take the oil at room temperature. Therefore, always remove the oil from the cellar or refrigerator beforehand and shake it once. After opening, the CBD oil has a shelf life of one year. After this, the CBD oil can still be used, but there’s a chance that the product will have lost some of its potency; you might then need more.
Legality
CBD is 100% legally available in the Netherlands, provided the product itself contains less than 0.05% THC. THC is CBD’s psychoactive counterpart, which has a mind-altering effect and is not legally marketable. All Wedihemp products contain a maximum of 0.05% THC and can therefore be purchased with confidence in the Netherlands.
